Established in 1999 as a joint venture Co. Ltd, ZXAUTO is derived from Baoding Automobile Factory founded in 1949 with a registered capital of USD 30 million and the total assets are USD119 million. With complete property right and vehicle R&D capacity, ZXAUTO is one of the largest modern pickup and SUV manufacture in China. Currently, there are three automobile manufacturing plants, one R&D center, and more than 3000 employees.
